My name is Rebecca, and I am an accredited psychotherapist.
I am deeply passionate about psychotherapy and the transformative potential of the therapeutic relationship.
My approach is relational, intuitive, and soul-led, grounded in the understanding that healing happens not only through insight and understanding, but also through emotional experience, connection, and feeling safely met within relationship.
Alongside retraining as a psychotherapist ten years ago, I have spent over twenty years working in music education, performance, specialising in piano. Music was a significant part of my life, long before psychotherapy entered it, and my years as a music and piano teacher gave me a deep appreciation for expression, sensitivity, emotion, and the ways people communicate beyond words.
Over time, these two worlds naturally began to come together in my work.
Alongside my psychotherapy training, I have also completed a certificate in sound healing and have begun moving with and composing music from a very different perspective than I once did, not through the lens of performance or technical ability, but with deep respect to its extraordinary healing power.
Today, my work brings together psychotherapy, relational healing, music, and sound in a way that honours the whole person, mind, body, emotion, and spirit.
