Deep Listening Sessions

There are things we cannot always explain with words.

How often have we said or felt,
"I just can't talk about it"?

"I can't find the words"?

  
Sometimes, when the pain is too much and we don't know how to speak about it, the feeling also shuts down. Other times, we just don't know how to find the words to fit the feeling.

Music and sound can help us access the inner place where words cannot always reach. Healing is not always about analysing or understanding. Often, it begins when we allow ourselves to feel, gently, safely, and honestly.


Alongside Psychotherapy sessions, I offer music and sound-based sessions for those who feel drawn to work in this way. These sessions begin with us talking through how you are doing and what is happening for you, before moving into a more immersive space using music, sound, and guided feeling awareness to support emotional processing, regulation, and reconnection.

As part of this work and between sessions, you will also work with personal guided audio and music practices created specifically for you and your healing.

Because this process unfolds over time, embodied sound sessions work best as a series of sessions rather than a one-off experience, allowing space for depth, continuity, and lasting integration.
